1) The package will be sent to you
as a "ZIP" file e-mail attachment.
You must unzip it. Save it to your hard drive, and then unzip it.
Optimally, you should first create a folder in your "My Documents" folder, maybe
called "Agent Office Imports", to store the unzipped file.
The folders will now be available on your computer.
Now you need to import the promos into your Agent Office
software.

2) Now we have to import the file. Open Agent Office.
Click on the "Presentation Designer"
icon at the top of the page.


3) Click on "File", and then "Import".


4) Make sure "Look in" says "Agent
Office Imports", or whatever you called it. You should see the file you
saved listed. Click on it,
then click on "Open".

The form will appear on your screen in the
"Presentation Designer"


5) Click on "File", and then "Save As".
Name the form exactly what it is called on the
import in "Save Form As", and leave it to be saved
as a "Promotion".


NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY EVERY SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT. WHEN I CREATE IT
ON MY
COMPUTER, IT PRINTS FINE. YOU MAY SOMETIMES GET A MESSAGE, WHEN YOU
GO TO PRINT, AFTER INITIALLY IMPORTING IT, THAT SAYS "ALL THE TEXT MUST
BE WITHIN THE PRINTABLE AREA OF THE PAGE:... In the following example, you
can see where the "Text Box" (in red) is clearly beyond the inside double
border.
This is what the error message means. Sometimes it will LOOK like it
is well
within the border, and you will still get the error message. You must
simply
keep moving it, or making it smaller until you stop getting the error message. This
is
something over which I have no control. I can help you with this
problem by working on directly on your computer online, but I will charge
by the hour to do so.


6) To print, simply click on "Promotion" wherever applicable, and the
new list of pieces
will include your new "Promotion" piece.
