If, when you initially installed Agent Office,
you chose to install the "Demo Data", and now wish to remove it, you can do
so by doing the following:
Insert your Agent Office installation
CD. Go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, select AO and
when it gets to installation options, there is a 'Reinstall Letters and
Data' option. Select Reinstall Data and select Blank Data. It doesn't
Technically, it doesn’t really matter if you have a backup, since you are
reinstalling blank data. That said, if you have already entered or imported
contacts, it never hurts to have a backup prior to doing this.
