Agent Office Closing Date Error

Q - Does anyone know if there is a way to change the actual closing date once you've changed the status to Closed?

A - You have to be on version 8.0 or later. Any version prior to that doesn't allow you to change anything about a Closed Sale. But if you go to the Closed Sale (assuming you have v8.0 or later), you would want to go to the Status Changes tab, and click Add Status Change. Then you can select the right status, such as Pending. You can then, if you like, delete the Closed status change, by selecting that line item, and clicking the Delete Status Change button. If the Sale is truly closed, then you can add another status change, change the status to Closed, and enter the correct date.
