Real Estate Contact Management Software/Real Estate CRM Software,
is my forte. That's the type of software I personally have used the most,
and the longest, as an active Real Estate agent since 1987, and as a Real Estate
Contact Management Software consultant, and trainer to thousands of agents all
over the world since 1998.

A Real Talk
JudyB wrote in response to my post about Gary
David Hall, and selecting a Real Estate contact management program…
"…And Gary's one of the "good guys". He's not
just a reseller."
To further demonstrate that Gary is "one of
the good guys" - after I originally posted Gary's information, he sent an email
thanking me. In my response, I mentioned how I was looking forward to the Agent
Office training class CD I had ordered and from him, to actually learn all the
bells and whistles for the Agent Office program I purchased from him (yes it was
last year! About that, the best program is the one you actually will use…).
He immediately replied that I should have already received it, and he would find
out what happened. Shortly after, I received another email from him, that oops,
there was a glitch, and my order was being sent overnight.
My point first of all, was that Gary took the
time to send me a "thank you for your kind words" email. And secondly, even
though it hadn't occurred to me that I should have already received my package,
and I didn't ask him to trace the package, Gary knew that I should have already
received the CD. He discovered and fixed the problem; all before I was even
aware that there was a problem. Great customer service! Gary - I wish you
could give lessons to (fill in the blank with just about any large chain
business). Kudos to you and your great business! Thanks for being one of the
good guys out there!
